Opening Day Recap!

Winter has begun in Whistler!

Despite some serious sunshine over the past 10 days, an arctic front maintaining constant sub-zero temperatures provided ample opportunity for Whistler Blackcomb to flex their mighty snowmaking muscles and the hill was ready for action a week early!

Reports from the mountain have been full of excitement, from the first rides up on the new Whistler Gondola cars to those first precious turns to the epic (finally!) apres sessions at Dusty’s and the GLC, spirits were seriously high in Whistler today.
