Curtis Higgins recently acquired Maxwell’s Steakhouse and re-branded it Elk Avenue Prime. But they didn’t stop there. He decided it was time to dress up the ambiance, do some needed construction projects, and tweak the menu. The menu now includes dry aged beef, much of it dried in house. Makers of fine aged rums in the Colorado mountains.
