Though the resort is located about 4 blocks from the Heavenly Ski Resort gondola, they offer complimentary Mercedes shuttle service throughout the day, making it extraordinarily convenient to stay there and ski Heavenly. They also offer ski valet service, so guests can stroll down to the lobby in the morning in their slippers and put boots on there before stepping onto the shuttle and getting dropped off right in front of the gondola. For those needing ski or snowboard rentals, Black Tie will deliver and custom fit the equipment for clients right in the comfort of their own room at the resort. After ensuring that everything is perfectly fitted, Black Tie will take the equipment down to the valet room so it’s waiting downstairs when clients head out to the slopes
