FestEVOL Weekend 2013
Spring Break is kicking off in Crested Butte this weekend, and there are so many fun events we can’t keep track of them all.
FestEVOL is happening in the base area Saturday, March 9. The Wailers and Twiddle with John Popper will be playing on the stage beside the Red Lady Express lift and in front of Butte 66.
Tickets the day of the show are $30, or $60 for a VIP ticket. The gates to the stage area open at 1:30 p.m. and the opening band, Mine Control, starts at 1:45. Twiddle with John Popper will take the stage at 2:30, and at 4:15 the Wailers are scheduled to start their set.
There is also the Big Air on Elk ski and snowboard jumping event. That event is free and takes place in downtown Crested Butte right in front of The Brick Oven and Maxwells.
The Banff Mountain Film fest is always a great time too, check it out at the Center for the Arts, 7pm Friday and Saturday, $20 for tickets.
