Welcome to Black Tie Ski Rentals in Breckenridge, servicing Breckenridge, Keystone and Copper Mountain!

In 2015, immediately after graduating from the University of Missouri -Columbia, I moved to Steamboat Springs, Colorado to get a taste of living and working in a ski town. At first, I did not believe Colorado would become my permanent home; I love traveling and have spent many summers exploring wilderness areas in Canada, leading extended canoe treks as a guide. The beauty and relaxed social atmosphere I encountered here in Colorado won my heart and I moved to Breckenridge in 2016, where I fell even more in love with the friendly Colorado ski town lifestyle. Since then, I have had the true pleasure of living in Breckenridge year-round and working in jobs that serve the Breckenridge community.

I am happily settled in Breckenridge, where I live with my brother and a fantastic blind dog named Rosco. In addition to being an avid skier, in the “off-season” I’m also a hiker, and spend many days paddling in a canoe or playing bicycle polo.

In the fall of 2019, I became the proud owner of the Breckenridge branch of Black Tie Ski Rentals, which has proudly served guests of Summit County since 2005. Before my permanent move to Colorado, I got to experience Black Tie’s delivery service as a customer and was blown away by the ease of the process and the incredible customer service. I couldn’t be happier to now be part of the Black Tie family and have an opportunity to provide that same “wow” factor to visitors of Summit County.

I have a tremendous team here in Breckenridge and each of us is committed to the belief that our guests deserve excellent service and great equipment at a reasonable price.
