Today we are going to talk about dining options. There are tons of great dining options in Crested Butte, some of our favorites are:

The Brick Oven Pizzeria: One of our favorites, they are know for their great beer selection with tons and tons of microbrews on tap. They also have great, hand made pizza and make for a great family dinner spot. If you are here in the spring, summer or fall, they have the BEST deck in Crested Butte. 223 Elk Ave. 970-349-5044.

Maxwell’s: In the mood for a steak? Maxwells has hand-cut steaks and the largest wine selection in Gunnison County. Reservations are recommended. 226 Elk Ave., 970-349-1221.

If you are staying on the mountain and you need a ride down to town and back (remember, those drinks will add up fast at 9,000 feet) call Specialty Services at 970-901-6400 and they will give you a ride in their luxury suburbans! They answer the phone until midnight. $20 one-way and $30 round trip. The suburbans fit 6 adults. They also do grocery store, liquor store and take out runs!
