Sunny Sun Valley

We had some beautiful spring skiing today in Sun Valley!

The wet storm that came through a few days ago deposited a healthy dose of snow (especially on the upper mountain) and there are still fresh tracks to be had.

The morning started out a little crusty which meant sticking to the fresh corduroy was a good call; but after an hour or so of ripping around the South Slopes and the Bowls were soft enough to lay in some sweet turns!

The Toyota US Alpine Championships are going on for a few more days so if you have the chance, swing through SV for the final days. Otherwise the town and the mountain will calm down afterwards which will be a great time to get away and ski all day with no crowds and no lift lines!
