Staff Day – Katherine

A Chatty Cathy that never stops smiling.

Katherine grew up in Vermont skiing Sugar Bush in Warren, VT. I made a statement that everyone who grows up in Vermont loves it. She responded with “… And all young Vermonters leave because we are adventurous” followed by a classic Katherine giggle.

She made the move out to Crested Butte in the winter of 2014. Little did she know, her dad ski bummed out here back in the day! She came to learn this after running into locals recognizing her last name. After a few years working as a sales agent for Park City and Crested Butte she decided to try something new. Become a ski tech here at Black Tie! Her goal for the winter is ski as much as she possibly can. Sounds like a good one to me.
