Opening Day 2018!

Happy Opening Day Telluridians and Guests! Here at Black Tie Ski Rentals we are gearing up for an El Nino winter, with expected snow falls on Thursday and Saturday! This year we have added new Volkl premium skis to our fleet. In the men’s line we have the new Mantra m5, an all mountain ski with a tip and tail rocker, these skis make charging Telluride’s big lines effortless. For the ladies we have the Kenja, these moderately tapered, faintly cambered, lightweight skis shine in all conditions. For Opening day, Lifts 4, Chondola, Magic Carpets and Gondola access from the San Sophia mid station will be open; all lifts run from 9 a.m to 4 p.m. Telluride Ski resort will be rocking the following trails on opening day, Village Bypass, Lower Boomerang, Lower and Upper Misty Maiden, Meadows, and the Peaks trail. We are super stoked about the 2018-2019 ski season and we are here for all your ski rental needs, everything from powder skis to terrain park boards, Black Tie Ski Rentals has you covered!
