New Mayoral candidate sees Sun Valley as a year round destination resort
A new mayoral candidate, Neil Bradshaw, is trying to change the way city hall views affordable housing. He was an integral part of securing funds to produce the Northwood Place development, a group of units set for affordable housing in Ketchum, one of the only of its kind in town.
With the Sun Valley area becoming a more and more popular place to visit both in summer and winter, the need for employees grows, and with that the need for housing for those employees. Bradshaw sees the need for city hall to work with local and national government to obtain more options for help in developing these new lodging areas so we can continue to provide the high level of customer service that Sun Valley is known for.
