How to Fall Right (or Not at All)

Skiing is a fun and fast paced sport, which means for most people you might spend some time on the ground. There are simple things you can do to avoid this. If you do not have the ability to practice all the time, you can still do specific exercises to strengthen your legs and core. Melanie Wong from Outside Online offers some  tips on how to fall right; or if you can manage, to not fall at all. One tip Melanie mentions is to relax.
