Gay Ski Week brings fab, flare, and fashion to Telluride, CO
This past week, the town of Telluride, Mountain Village, and Telluride Ski Resort celebrated Gay Ski Week. As you drive into the Mountain Village, a banner saying ” Thank you for coming out” welcomes you.
There were daily skier and snowboarder meetups every morning where event-goers can meet up to shred the gnar together. With events going on such as the “White Party”, “Off White Party”, and daily ski apres, events were happening all throughout the week!
The most popular event occurring on Saturday night, The AIDS Benefit Fashion show has local Telluride models strutting down the runway for the fashion event of the year, The mission of the Telluride AIDS Benefit is to fight HIV and AIDS by raising awareness and generating financial support for prevention programs and client care.
The weather during the event was sunny days, with snow accumulations of 3-5 inches overnight throughout the week. It was another great Telluride Gay Ski Week!
