Family of Women Film Festival coming up!
A good shot of snow has freshened up the mountain and lifted the spirits of locals and visitors alike here in Sun Valley! With predicted low temps the next few days and the possibility of more of the fluffy stuff coming later on in the week, it is a great time to visit Sun Valley. Coming up soon (Feb 27th-march 3rd) is the 10th annual Family of Woman Film Festival. The festival is a diverse selection of short and feature length films shown over a few days to let the experiences and circumstances of woman from around the world really sink in. Over 6 days the Sun Valley Opera house plays hostess to the festival which, in addition to the films, includes lectures, director introductions, and opportunities to informally meet with leaders in international women and girls movements.
Bottom line, this is not something to miss!
