Teton Gravity Research’s new film Winterland encompasses the pre-season excitement of skiing and takes you on a powder journey! Between helicopter lines, edgy urban, and steep spines, Winterland provides a variety of riding. The 23 featured skiers and snowboarders such as Jeremy Jones, Angel Collinson, Robin Van Gyn, and Cody Townsend, push the limits of self and nature, creating an adrenaline rush for not only themselves but viewers as well. But don’t be fooled, this isn’t an Air Force flick. TGR’s tone has become more light-hearted in recent years, and while Winterland has enough bold skiing to make your heart skip a beat, it has almost as many laughs. The technology and style might evolve, but the rush, excitement, and pure fun remain eternal which bonds past, present, and future riders.
